National Museum of Singapore

The National Museum of Singapore is said to be the nation’s oldest yet progressive museum present to this day. It is the curator of 10 National Treasures, and it’s Singapore History and Living Galleries makes it cultivating in representing the history and culture of a typical museum experience.

The museum is an archetypal architecture that was built way back 1887 by Colonel Sir Henry Edward McCallum. It has been the biggest museum in Singapore with 18,400 square metres. It has full of creative corners, bringing out the best of each feature including cinematheque, exhibitions, educational and recreational programmes. Aside from that, after the reconstruction of some parts of the museum, the look from the inside is very much astonishing.

As we had participated in assisting National Museum for one of its display events, we have encountered those great schematic interiors in the images displayed. We have also seen historical informations as to how the National Museum had begun. It was a great experience from Fashion to Wayang, and its Flm and Photography galleries.

Oh the Mona Lisa, referred to as the most visited painting in the Louvre. Her smile and the secrets that she holds is one of the reasons why she captivates audiences around the world.

It’s probably impossible to get the Mona Lisa out of Louvre, where it resides, given that it is encased in bulletproof glass. But we were lucky enough to design and build an exhibit dedicated to her at this exhibit.
